Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Selva Inversiones collects when you use this website, fill in one of our forms or answer one of our ads, and what we do with it. Last updated: October 2026.
Who we are
Selva Inversiones is a private real estate advisory based in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@selvainversiones.com.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email address, phone number, the state or country you live in, and anything you write in a message or form, including your answers about timing, budget range and what you are looking for.
- Forms on Facebook and Instagram: if you answer one of our ads with a Meta form, Meta passes us the details you chose to submit.
- Website activity: basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location. If we use the Meta Pixel or similar tools, they may set cookies to measure our ads and show them to people who have visited the site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send you the information you asked for, such as a property dossier.
- To arrange calls, video tours and viewings.
- To tell you about properties that match what you asked for. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To measure and improve our ads.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run our business, such as our email and website hosting provider and Meta Platforms, and, if you go ahead with a purchase, with the professionals involved in it, such as the escribano. We share only what each of them needs.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in contact with you and for up to two years after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example for a completed purchase.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to hello@selvainversiones.com and we will reply within 30 days. Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25,326) you may also contact the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the authority in charge of personal data protection.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, but we will not be able to measure our ads as well.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
