Buying from the U.S.

Five steps from first call to front-door keys.

Buying abroad should feel as calm as buying at home. Our process front-loads certainty: every verification happens before any commitment, and nothing is final until you have seen the proof.

01

Private consultation

A 30-minute call, in English. We walk you through the property, the numbers, and the legal path — and answer everything before you commit to anything. No obligation, no follow-up pressure.

02

Due diligence, delivered to you

A licensed escribano runs the full title search: ownership history, liens, taxes, boundaries. You receive the findings as a written report in English, and your own attorney may review everything.

03

Dual-language purchase agreement

The contract is drafted in English and Spanish with identical terms, reviewed by U.S. counsel. Deposit terms, closing date and remedies are all fixed in writing.

04

Funds into U.S. escrow

You wire to an escrow account held at a U.S. institution — a domestic transfer, from your bank to a U.S. account. Funds are released only when closing conditions are met. No money crosses a border on your side.

05

Closing and registered deed

The escritura (deed) is signed before the escribano — in person or via power of attorney from the U.S. — and registered in your name. You receive the registered title, keys, and a complete closing file.

Why Argentina

Come for the house. Stay for the life around it.

Argentina is not a spreadsheet decision. It's Sunday asados that last until dark, opera at the Teatro Colón, jacarandas in November, and neighbors who learn your name. The numbers work too — we simply don't think they're the point.

The life

Buenos Aires is one of the world's great café cities — European architecture, a legendary food and wine scene, and a cultural calendar that never quite stops.

The place

From the tree-lined streets of the northern suburbs to Mendoza's vineyards and Patagonia beyond, few countries reward staying a while like this one.

The value

And yes — your dollar goes remarkably far here. When you're ready, the dossier includes honest market comparables. Until then, they can wait.

Ownership is fully open to U.S. citizens — the same registered deed and property rights as any Argentine owner.

Start with the 30-minute call.

The easiest way to understand the process is to hear it, with your questions answered as they come up.
