Private Listing № 001 — Buenos Aires, Argentina

A storied estate in Argentina. Every detail handled for you.

One property at a time

We represent a single, personally vetted estate — not a portfolio. We have walked every room we describe.

Verified title

Independent title search by a licensed Argentine notary (escribano), delivered to you as a written report in English.

Bilingual counsel

A U.S. attorney and an Argentine escribano review every document. You sign nothing you haven't read in English.

A protected closing

The purchase completes under U.S.-based safeguards, and nothing changes hands until your deed is signed.

The Property

Villa Alameda — San Isidro, Buenos Aires

A gated 1930s estate in Buenos Aires' most established northern suburb, fifteen minutes from the river and thirty from the city center. Restored, documented, and ready to transfer.

A house with papers as clean as its lines

Every claim on this page is backed by a document you can hold: the registered deed, the cadastral certificate, the notary's title report, tax clearance certificates. Before you commit a single dollar, you receive the complete dossier — in English — and your own advisors are welcome to verify all of it.

The property is sold with clear title, no liens, no occupants and no inheritance claims. Closing can be completed with or without travel to Argentina — a consular power of attorney lets you sign from the United States.

How It Works

Five steps from first call to front-door keys.

Buying abroad should feel as calm as buying at home. Our process front-loads certainty: every verification happens before any commitment, and nothing is final until you have seen the proof.

01

Private consultation

A 30-minute call, in English. We walk you through the property, the numbers, and the legal path — and answer everything before you commit to anything.

02

Due diligence, delivered to you

A licensed escribano runs the full title search: ownership history, liens, taxes, boundaries. You receive the findings as a written report in English, and your own attorney may review everything.

03

Dual-language purchase agreement

The contract is drafted in English and Spanish with identical terms, reviewed by U.S. counsel. Deposit terms, closing date and remedies are all fixed in writing.

04

Funds into U.S. escrow

You wire to an escrow account held at a U.S. institution — a domestic transfer, from your bank to a U.S. account. Funds are released only when closing conditions are met.

05

Closing and registered deed

The escritura (deed) is signed before the escribano — in person or via power of attorney from the U.S. — and registered in your name. You receive the registered title, keys, and a complete closing file.

Why Argentina

Come for the house. Stay for the life around it.

Argentina is not a spreadsheet decision. It's Sunday asados that last until dark, opera at the Teatro Colón, jacarandas in November, and neighbors who learn your name. The numbers work too — we simply don't think they're the point.

The life

Buenos Aires is one of the world's great café cities — European architecture, a legendary food and wine scene, and a cultural calendar that never quite stops.

The place

From the tree-lined streets of the northern suburbs to Mendoza's vineyards and Patagonia beyond, few countries reward staying a while like this one.

The value

And yes — your dollar goes remarkably far here. When you're ready, the dossier includes honest market comparables. Until then, they can wait.

Ownership is fully open to U.S. citizens — the same registered deed and property rights as any Argentine owner.

A Letter From the Founder

I grew up between two worlds — Argentina, where my family is from, and the United States, where I built my career. Every year, American friends would visit Buenos Aires, fall in love with a house, and then ask me the same question: "Could I actually buy something here… safely?"

The honest answer was: yes — but only if someone protects you at every step. So I built exactly that. One property at a time, personally selected, with the legal structure I would demand for my own family.
